Why is my order on hold?

We placed your order on hold because we encountered one of the following:

1. You ordered a canvas that required specific customizations. These types of orders are placed on hold because we will be sending you a mockup of it via email and we need your approval before we forward it to production. If you ordered a Custom Commissioned Canvas or something similar, please check your email for the mockup we sent you and please let us know via email if you approve of the mockup or if you need further revisions.

2. You provided a PO box address to your order. We placed your order on hold because we want to ask for an alternative shipping address or a physical address from you. Please check your email and let us know your physical address by replying to our email.

3. You sent an email requesting for a change in your order but you did not specify in the email what change you want. We placed your order on a temporary hold so that we can accommodate your request to change a detail for your order.

4. You sent us an email stating that you want to upgrade your canvas size to something bigger. We will be placing your order on hold while we wait for your order number for the canvas size upgrade purchase. Once you send us the new order number, we will be changing your canvas size and placing your order back on its way to production.

If you know one of these might be the reason why we placed your order on hold, please contact us right away at 1-800-452-3420 or send us an email at care@familygiftsco.com so we can send your order to production right away.
