I received my canvas and it's saggy and not pulled tight. How do I fix this?

Couriers may sometimes mishandle your packages and, as a result, may cause your canvases to get saggy or loose. To make sure that your canvas can be returned to its original state, we have included canvas wedges in the packaging. Inserting the wedges between the frames will make the canvas taut again as it will give your canvas the tightening it needs.
