I ordered 2 or more canvases but I only received 1 canvas and 1 tracking number. Where are my other orders?

If you ordered more than one canvas, all canvases will be shipped separately and each canvas will have their own tracking number to ensure safe delivery and ease of tracking. If you only received one tracking number, please reach out to our customer service representatives to get your remaining tracking numbers by calling us at 1-800-452-3420 or email us at care@familygiftsco.com
