I contacted FedEx and they said that they don't have my package, did you really ship my package as stated on my email?

The shipping labels for our packages are premade in the final stages of production. It is possible that the item has been shipped and is on the way to the FedEx facility but FedEx informed you that they do not have the item yet because: 1) the item has not yet been scanned at the FedEx facility, 2) the item is still on the way to the FedEx facility, or 3) the item is still in the quality assurance check stage and shall be shipped soon.

Do not worry and rest assured that you tracking link shall be updated soon once FedEx has scanned your item.
