My tracking link has been pending for a while now. I would like to know what's going on with my order.

Our shipping labels are actually premade in the product's final stages of production. Once your order has been released from production, it will then be packed and sent to the FedEx facility to be scanned. This pending status may take a few days but rest assured that your tracking link will be updated once the item has arrived and has been scanned at the FedEx facility.
