I received the wrong product. What is the process to rectify this?

We sincerely apologize if we sent out the wrong product to you. Please send us a photo of the product you received at care@familygiftsco.com and attach your order number along with the email to start the replacement process. We will be providing you updates regarding your replacement canvas via email and it will take another 10-14 days for your replacement canvas to be delivered to you.
